Niacin (also known as vitamin B3) is one of the water-soluble B vitamins. Niacin is naturally present in many foods, added to some food products, and available as a dietary supplement. Many animal-based foods—including poultry, beef, and fish—provide about 5-10 mg niacin per serving, primarily in the highly bio-available forms of NAD and NADP. Plant-based foods, such as nuts, legumes, and grains, provide about 2-5 mg niacin per serving, mainly as nicotinic acid. Many breads, cereals, and infant formulas in the United States and many other countries contain added niacin. Niacin that is added to enriched and fortified foods is in its free form and therefore highly bio-available.                                                                                                      Source: https://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Niacin-HealthProfessional/

Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6 can  be found in many foods such as beans, meat, poultry, fish, fruits and vegetables.

Vitamin B6 plays an important role in mood regulation. This is partly because this vitamin is necessary for creating neurotransmitters that regulate emotions, including serotonin and dopamine. Several studies have shown that depressive symptoms are associated with low blood levels and intakes of vitamin B6, especially in older adults who are at high risk for B vitamin deficiency.
